1. Group Cart Commitment

By contributing to a Group Cart, the user commits to purchasing the selected quantity. Payment is held until the **Target Quantity** is reached.

• **Target Met:** Order is placed. Payment becomes non-refundable, and the item enters the shipping phase (based on **Shipping Origin** and **Estimated Lead Time**).
• **Target Not Met:** If the target is not more than 50%, after 7 days when a user contributes to a cart, such user has the opportunity to request for a full refund.

₦ 2. Pricing and Shipping

The price displayed is the discounted **Unit Price**. Note the following regarding fulfillment:

• **Final Dispatch:** All prices **EXCLUDE** local dispatch fees (from our Nigerian warehouse to the customer). This is arranged and paid for separately upon arrival.
• **Lead Time:** The estimated time covers shipping from the International **Shipping Origin** (e.g., China, UK) to our Nigerian warehouse.
